The panettone Torcolato is the result of a long search for a perfect Panettone recipe of the bakers Sonia and Dario Loison, whose family operated since 1938 its fine bakery.
Together with Fausto Maculan, owner of the winery Maculan Breganze (VI), they have created an exceptional panettone, which contains the sweet wine Torcolato.
To prevent the evaporation of the Torcolato during the cooking time, the raisins are soaked in the wine. There is also wine in the glaze, so the panettone is even more aromatic and delicious.
50 ml of wine are used per 1 kg of panettone.
