The Lemon Modican Chocolate is made with 50% organic cocoa from Peru, organic cane sugar and fresh grated lemon peels. With a 100 g. Lemon Modican Chocolate bar you can prepare a delicious hot chocolate: in a saucepan put 250 ml. of water and the chocolate bar in pieces. Put on the stove and bring to boil whisking. Turn off as soon as a dense reddish lather comes up. Three servings (in cups).
